Crossed waveguide is widely used in optical devices, whose excess loss has a strong impact on multi-turn optical waveguide ring resonator and resonator integrated optic gyro. The resonance curve of the ring resonator is sharply dependent on the loss within the resonator. This paper presents how to get excess loss of the crossed waveguides nondestructively through the comparison of the resonance characteristics between one-turn and multi-turn optical waveguide ring resonators.  相似文献

A design is proposed for scalable solid-state quantum computing, which is based on collectively enhanced magnetic coupling between nitrogen-vacancy center ensembles and superconducting transmission line resonators interconnected by current-biased Josephson junction superconducting phase qubit. In this hybrid system, we realize distant multi-qubit controlled phase gate operations and generate distant multi-qubit entangled W-like states, being indispensable resource to quantum computation. Our proposed architecture consists of solid-state spin ensembles and circuit QED, and could achieve quantum computing in a solid-state environment with high-fidelity and scalable way. The experimental feasibility is discussed, and the implementation efficiency is demonstrated numerically.  相似文献

以离子液体溴化(1-己基-3-甲基咪唑盐)作为电解质和掺杂剂采用电化学一步法制备了微纳米复合结构的聚(3,4-乙烯基二氧噻吩)薄膜, 薄膜由槽内排布着纳米珠链的棒状结构组成. 研究表明, 通过控制电流密度的大小, 可以调节棒状结构和珠状结构的平均直径. 离子液体中的咪唑阳离子和对阴离子均掺杂到聚合物中, 该薄膜具有可逆的电化学活性及水下超疏油特性.  相似文献

研究基于Q型腔的自混合散斑速度实时传感。利用掺铒光纤、耦合器、波分复用器等组建激光散斑速度传感系统,理论分析动态物体散射光反馈进入激光腔内与原光混合产生的自混合散斑现象,推导出Q型腔输出功率的表达式。以一圆形铝盘为速度传感对象,开发LabVIEW程序对散斑信号进行实时波形采集、滤波去噪及数值计算,得出自混合散斑信号能量密度与物体速率之间的线性关系。基于此关系,对该铝盘侧面的线速率进行实时测量,在175~456mm/s速率范围内可获得较好的测量结果。研究表明,Q型腔内自混合激光散斑的能量密度测速方法,可用于粗糙表面物体的实时速度传感。  相似文献

We present a new polymer quartz piezoelectric crystal sensor that takes a quartz piezoelectric crystal as the basal material and a nanometer nonmetallic polymer thin film as the surface coating based on the principle of quartz crystal microbalance (QCM). The new sensor can be used to detect the characteristic materials of a volatile liquid. A mechanical model of the new sensor was built, whose structure was a thin circle plate composing of polytef/quartz piezoelectric/polytef. The mechanical model had a diameter of 8 mm and a thickness of 170 μ. The vibration state of the model was simulated by software ANSYS after the physical parameters and the boundary condition of the new sensor were set. According to the results of experiments, we set up a frequency range from 9.995850 MHz to 9.997225 MHz, 17 kinds of frequencies and modes of vibration were obtained within this range. We found a special frequency fsp of 9.996358 MHz. When the resonant frequency of the new sensor’s mechanical model reached the special frequency, a special phenomenon occurred. In this case, the amplitude of the center point O on the mechanical model reached the maximum value. At the same time, the minimum absolute difference between the simulated frequency based on the ANSYS software and the experimental measured stable frequency was reached. The research showed that the design of the new polymer quartz piezoelectric crystal sensor perfectly conforms to the principle of QCM. A special frequency value fsp was found and subsequently became one of the most important parameters in the new sensor design.  相似文献

We propose a one-step method to prepare multi-qubit GHZ and W states with transmon qubits capacitively coupled to a superconducting transmission line resonator(TLR).Compared with the scheme firstly introduced by Wang et al.[Phys.Rev.B 81(2010) 104524],our schemes have longer dephasing time and much shorter operation time because the transmon qubits we used are not only more robust to the decoherence and the unavoidable parameter variations,but also have much stronger coupling constant with TLR.Based on the favourable properties of transmons and TLR,our method is more feasible in experiment.  相似文献

在研制基于静电刚度谐振式微加速度计过程中,发现增大激励电压可以提高输出信噪比,但响应的振动幅度将不稳定,同时谐振频率也将会出现漂移。针对上述问题,建立了静电驱动微机械谐振系统等效行为模型,非线性动力学理论分析结果与实验现象一致,总结出需要从加速度计结构参数优化和减小激励电压两个方面来减小频率漂移和提高分辨率。将结构优化准则应用到制造的微加速度计上,实验结果表明:在5 V敏感电压下,闭环条件下单梁加速度计灵敏度为58 Hz/g,分辨率为3.5 mg。  相似文献

针对激光器光谱线宽不可能严格为零的问题,在激光相干理论的基础上,采用光波场叠加的方法计算了布里渊光纤谐振腔的循环光强,详细分析了激光器光谱线宽对布里渊光纤谐振腔谐振谱线宽度和精细度的影响,并进一步分析了光谱线宽对谐振腔受激布里渊散射阈值的影响,最后,引入了线宽压缩的概念分析了布里渊光纤陀螺的灵敏度。分析表明,除了耦合器插入损耗外,激光器光谱线宽也是影响精细度的重要因素,具体影响程度与激光器光谱线宽及谐振腔本征谱线宽度间的相对大小有关,受激布里渊散射阈值随激光器线宽的增加而近似线性增加,另外在其他参数相同的情况下,布里渊光纤陀螺的灵敏度比谐振式光纤陀螺高大约三个数量级。本文为布里渊光纤陀螺的光源选择及光路参数的优化设计过程提供了理论依据。  相似文献

We find that in a Kerr nonlinear optical resonator, the photon system possesses a new kind of quasiparticle, the nonpolariton. The existence of nonpolaritons should be testified by observing the energy density dependence of the velocity and squeezing of nonpolaritons. As we have investigated, the transition energy density of a Kerr nonlinear optical resonator is larger than that of a normal state.  相似文献

Quartz crystal resonators are typical piezoelectric acoustic wave devices for frequency control applications with mechanical vibration frequency at the radio-frequency (RF) range. Precise analyses of the vibration and deformation are generally required in the resonator design and improvement process. The considerations include the presence of electrodes, mountings, bias fields such as temperature, initial stresses, and acceleration. Naturally, the finite element method is the only effective tool for such a coupled problem with multi-physics nature. The main challenge is the extremely large size of resulted linear equations. For this reason, we have been employing the Mindlin plate equations to reduce the computational difficulty. In addition, we have to utilize the parallel computing techniques on Linux clusters, which are widely available for academic and industrial applications nowadays, to improve the computing efficiency. The general principle of our research is to use open source software components and public domain technology to reduce cost for developers and users on a Linux cluster. We start with a mesh generator specifically for quartz crystal resonators of rectangular and circular types, and the Mindlin plate equations are implemented for the finite element analysis. Computing techniques like parallel processing, sparse matrix handling, and the latest eigenvalue extraction package are integrated into the program. It is clear from our computation that the combination of these algorithms and methods on a cluster can meet the memory requirement and reduce computing time significantly.  相似文献
